Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Holiday Packages

• 60+ days: Full refund minus ₹2,500 fee
• 30–59 days: 50% refunded
• 15–29 days: 25% refunded
• Less than 15 days: No refund

2. Visa Services

Visa service fees are non-refundable once submitted. Embassy fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Flights & Other Services

Subject to respective airline and provider policies. Travisy's service fee of ₹500/passenger is non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
